Cancellation Policy

At Cay's Carriage, we strive to provide reliable and timely transportation services for all of our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all customers, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur additional charges beyond the initial booking deposit. 2. Non-Refundable Booking Deposits: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. This deposit ensures that your time slot is reserved and allows us to plan accordingly. While the deposit is non-refundable, it can be applied toward rescheduling your trip. 3. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your transportation, we allow you to do so without penalty as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the original service date. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your rescheduled trip, which must occur within 30 days. 4. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, and additional charges may apply.
