1. Pricing and Trip Calculation

One-Way Trips:

• $45 loading fee, plus $2 per mile for each mile over the initial 5 miles.

Round Trips:

• $80 loading fee, plus $2 per mile for each mile over the initial 10 miles.

Additional Fees:

• Companion Fee: $25 per additional passenger (excluding the driver and primary passenger). Example: Two companions add $50 to the trip total.

• Waiting Fee: $25 if a client is late for pick-up by more than 15 minutes.

2. Payment Policy

• Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit/debit cards.

• Bookings require a temporary preauthorization charge to cover initial costs, including mileage and potential additional fees. Final charges will reflect actual costs, and any overage from the preauthorized amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations for all clients, the following cancellation policies apply:

1. 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations:
   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the booking deposit.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Deposits:
   Deposits secure your reservation and are non-refundable. However, they can be applied to rescheduled trips made within 30 days of the original service date.

3. Rescheduling Policy:
   Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if requested at least 24 hours before the original service date.

4. Late Cancellations:
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, and additional charges may apply.
